What The Ground's Like

Cougar Park was built in 1876 as was known as Lawkholme Lane until 1995. The ground holds 7'800 with 3 sides being terraced and 1 seated. The Main Stand is all seated with wooden benches and runs about half the length of the pitch. Attached to that is the bar and directors boxes. On the other side of the ground, running the whole length of the pitch, is the East Stand which is an open terrace. This open terrace contiues around to the South Stand . The North Stand behid the sticks is a covered terrace. At the main entrance, there is a club & small programme shop as well as a Burger Van on match days.

Away Fans

Taken from my previous experience's, the away fans have stood in the centre of the East Stand terrace that goes down the side of the pitch. However Cougar Park is unsegregated and I have noticed that fans sometimes go behind the sticks under the North Stand.
